POLICY
Any booking within these dates must be for a minimum
of ten (10) nights.
A fifty (50) percent deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance is due by August 30th.
The deposit is refundable provided that cancellation of the booking is
received at the Hotel by June 1st. Thereafter, the deposit
is applied to any night of cancelled or altered reservation.

A three night deposit is required to secure the reservation.
The deposit is refundable provided that cancellation
of the booking is received at the Hotel sixty (60) days prior to arrival
for the period of January 03 to April 15 and thirty (30) days for the
period April 16 to December 19.
Thereafter, the deposit is applied to any night of cancelled or altered
reservation.
All rates are double occupancy and quoted in US Currency.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards are
accepted.
Personal checks can be accepted ONLY by prior arrangement.
Rates are subject to 10% Government Tax and 10% Service
Charge.
